How to Install (Android)

Download the APK

Tap the green “Download Beta APK” button above on your Android phone. Or on desktop, copy the link and open it on your phone.

Allow Install from this Source

When you open the APK, Android may ask you to allow installs from your browser or file manager. Go to Settings → Apps → Special Access → Install Unknown Apps, find the browser you used to download, and enable it. You can turn it off again later.

Open and Install

Go to your Downloads folder, tap hyvecares-beta-android.apk, and tap Install. Android may warn it's from an unknown developer — tap “Install anyway.”

Sign In and Test

Open the HYVE CARES app, sign in with your existing account (parent, student, teacher, scientist, sponsor, or donor), and explore. Use the 🐛 button in the bottom-right corner of any screen to report bugs directly to our team.

What We'd Love You to Test

  • ✓Sign in as your regular role and check that all your data is there
  • ✓Open a few labs and lessons — report anything that looks broken or slow
  • ✓Try the XP, streaks, and certificate flows to make sure they match the website
  • ✓Navigate between tabs — report anything that crashes or feels off
  • ✓Tap the bug icon on any screen and send us a report when you find issues
  • ✓Tell us what's missing, confusing, or could be better
