The idea
Our class recycles, but people put things in the wrong bin. I designed a robot to help sort.
How I built it
I built the body from cardboard, added 'sensor' eyes, and planned its sense–think–act loop for spotting paper, plastic, and metal.
What I learned
Choosing the right sensor for each material was the hardest part — and the most fun to figure out.
This project grew out of the Robotics & Embodied AI track.
